Hint
Although profile pictures are supported by Azure Active Directory, they are not transferred by Azure Active Directory as part of the deployment. It is therefore currently not possible to transfer profile pictures. If you make changes to users or groups in the user management app that were provided from Azure Active Directory, these changes will be overwritten by the current data from Azure Active Directory the next time they are provided.
You must therefore make these changes in Azure Active Directory. The changes will then be implemented with the next deployment.
The same applies to deleting users and groups and changing group memberships.
If you delete users in Azure Active Directory, these users will only be removed by Azure Active Directory after 30 days when they are provisioned in the user management app. If you want to delete the deleted users with the next deployment, you must delete the users in Azure Active Directory separately. To do this, open the Deleted users (preview) option in the user management in Azure Active Directory and delete the respective users there.
The intervals between deployments are gradually increasing. If changes are not made promptly, check the deployment statistics in Azure Active Directory under the Deployment option in the App Management screen.
