Can users have different functions?

There are two different authorization levels: User and administrator. A user is an end user of the solution. As an admin, you have additional administration and management options, which you can read about here .

How can I request the electronic dispatch of d.velop invoices?

Please send your billing address to Backoffice@d-velop.de.

In order to be able to use the electronic dispatch of d.velop invoices as PDF in ZUGFeRD format, please go to the service portal and enter the central e-mail address under "Invoice receipt settings".

It is important to note that the setting can only be changed by the company administrator. In "Employee administration", one or more administrators can be defined for each company.

How can I cancel a d.velop app?

To do this, log in with your access data on the d.velop cloud center page at https://my.d-velop.cloud. You can navigate to the desired client via the "d.velop cloud management" tile.

If only a single app is to be canceled, you can click on "Cancel" for the respective app

If the entire client is to be terminated, this can be done via the red "Terminate" button.

How is d.velop sign paid?

The costs for the signatures and identifications are invoiced centrally to your company via d.velop sign. If you request a signature from a third person (not a d.velop sign user), this signature will also be borne by the company placing the order. With the costs for identification, you can choose whether your company wants to pay these costs for the external party. Alternatively, the person can make the identification directly with the BDR.
