Monitoring

d.ecs license server includes a browser interface which is accessible directly under http://<server name>:3489 remotely via the URL https://<server name>:3589. If you want to access the interface remotely, you must configure an ID in the configuration.

If the d.ecs license server is executed on a server also containing d.3one or belonging to a d.3one cluster, this user interface is also accessible via d.3one. For this effect, the logged in used must be a member of the administrator group configured in the d.ecs identity provider.

In d.3one, the d.ecs license server can either be found under the configuration tile or under the d.ecs monitor. In the configuration, it is displayed a not configured until an embedded account is specified and the e-mail notification was configured.

Note

More many actions in the user interface, it is necessary that the browser has access to the server of the d.velop AG. If your server does not have access to the Internet, you can only perform these actions, if you access this user interface from a remote machine with Internet access.

If you select an action in the user interface that sends information from your license server to the server of the d.velop AG, an alert is displayed for confirmation before the information is sent. The file sent here do not contain any names (host names or user names) retrieved by the d.ecs license server. Only the usage quantities of license keys and an expiry date configured in the d.ecs license server may be transmitted together with data on the selected action.
