If you have forgotten the password for your account, you can reset it yourself.
This is how it works
Open the login page in your browser or the app on your smartphone.
Click on Forgot password.
Enter your e-mail address in the corresponding field and click on Request.
Click in the e-mail you received from us on just click here.
Enter a new password on the page that opens and click on Confirm.
