Checking contracts for compliance with the rules (clause review)
If the contract contains a document, you can perform a check to find out whether the contract complies with the set of rules defined by the administrator (clause review). The check takes place dynamically based on the master data.
This is how it works
Open the contract that you would like to have checked.
Note
You can also start the check while the contract is being created in the wizard.
Click Clause review. When the review is complete, it produces a list of all identified rule violations. The violations are color coded according to their severity.
Check the rule violations found. To obtain more information about a violation, you can select the violation and click Details.
Depending on the violation, proceed as follows:
If a violation requires action, you can select the violation and click Add task to create a task to review or resolve it.
If a violation is not relevant, you can select the violation and click Ignore.
