Clearing the cache

As an administrator, you have the option to clear the contract management cache. This is necessary after changes to the configuration or SharePoint. This is how you ensure that users' browsers take the changed configuration into account.

This is how it works

  1. Access the administration URL at https://contracts-config.d-velop365.com/<Instance ID>.

  2. Click the Clear cache button in the Start area to execute the function.

  3. Wait at least two minutes until the cache is cleared.
