Issues when installing d.velop smart invoice via d.velop software manager (on-premises)

An installation of d.velop invoices with d.velop software manager led to the deletion of all files in the installation directory of d.velop smart invoice for existing installations. We are working on a solution and have temporarily removed the component d.velop smart invoice from d.velop software manager.

You can restore already deleted files from a backup directory.

This is how it works

  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the installation directory of d.3.
  2. Click on View > Show/Hide and make sure that Hidden items is enabled (applies to Windows 11).
  3. Open the .backup folder.
  4. Open the folder starting with smartinvoice.
  5. Rename the folder to smart invoice installer.
  6. Copy the folder to the clipboard.
  7. Switch back to the installation directory of d.3.
  8. Paste the folder from the clipboard.
