d.velop documents offers more and more functions and options for managing your digital processes. To improve access to functions in the software and increase clarity, you can now enable the grouping of context actions. This function groups actions by subject and displays them more clearly.
Default activation of groupings
The grouped context actions will be enabled by default in the near future. Enablement will take place according to the following schedule:
- Cloud: Gradually for customers in the d.velop invoices and OTC areas starting now. For all other customers starting September 22, 2025.
- On-premises: Starting with the Current 2025.Q4 version.
If you do not need the grouping or prefer the old display mode, you can deactivate the grouping again as an administrator.
Disabling grouping - This is how it works
- Open Configuration on the d.velop documents home page.
- Under Feature previews, click Enabling and Disabling.
- Under Appearance, click Group context actions clearly.
- Click the switch to disable the function.
- Click Close.
Further information for administrators
You can add context actions that you have developed yourself for your organization. These actions are initially viewed under Additional actions. You can then add your actions to the predefined groups. Further information: d.velop DMS App Documentation.
