Reminder: We are currently transitioning from the Notification app to the new Messaging app. When your cloud instance is transitioned, the endpoint in Cloud Center will change to https://messaging.prod.aws.fts.d-3.de/notification.
⚠️ Important:
Do not remove or change the customizations unless you encounter problems sending notifications.
If you encounter problems sending notifications, proceed as follows:
- Delete the override.
- Create a support ticket with a description of the error.
With the changeover, the sender address will change from noreply@notification.service.d-velop.cloud to no-reply@d-velop.cloud. Adjust your email rules if necessary.
We have already successfully migrated more than 4,000 test clients, so you should not expect any impact on your daily business. We will, of course, monitor the transition closely.
