With d.velop pages, you can create, manage, and process knowledge and information directly within d.velop documents—without the need for additional applications or fixed file formats.
The latest release expands the range of applications for d.velop pages: The solution can now also be used in AWS hybrid scenarios and integrated into business processes in d.velop process studio.
d.velop pages Now Also Available for AWS Hybrid Scenarios
Previously, the use of d.velop pages was limited to d.velop documents in the AWS cloud. With the new AWS hybrid support, you can now also use d.velop pages in hybrid system environments. Setup and administration are handled on the on-premises side via d.3 admin. This means that d.velop pages is available even if your system environment consists of both cloud and on-premises components.
Integrate Pages Directly into Business Processes
Another new feature is the integration of d.velop pages into d.velop process studio. This allows pages to become a direct component of digital business processes.
Three new actions are available to you:
- Create Page: Automatically creates a new page within a process.
- Read Page: Reads the content of an existing page and makes it available for further processing within the process.
- Update Page: Automatically updates the content of an existing page from within a process.
This means that content can not only be edited manually by users, but also created, read, and updated automatically within business processes.
Example: Automatically Save Form Data as a Page
One possible scenario is the processing of form data within a business process. When users enter information via a form, this data can then be automatically used to create a page. The page is saved as a permanent document in d.velop documents, where it can subsequently be searched for, read, and further processed.
Conversely, existing pages can also be retrieved within a process, and their content can be used for subsequent process steps.

Availability
d.velop pages is available only in cloud systems or hybrid deployments (AWS). The new features are available for AWS cloud and AWS hybrid scenarios. Deployment for T-Cloud and T-Cloud Hybrid is planned.
During the preview phase, which runs through December 31, 2026, d.velop pages is available free of charge. Once this preview phase ends, a license is required.
How to Enable d.velop pages (Cloud)
To enable your users to use d.velop pages, you must enable d.velop pages and then configure it for the desired repositories.
This is how it works in cloud systems
- On your d.velop documents start page, navigate to Configuration > Document management > Administration > d.velop pages.
- Enable d.velop pages.
- Set up d.velop pages for the relevant repositories.
- Manage the permissions for d.velop pages. You can select which user groups are allowed to create pages.
You have successfully activated and configured d.velop pages. The option New > Create page is now available to authorized users in the context menu for dossiers.
