d.velop cloud center - Display of the routing zone in the client overview

Releases & Updates·July 31, 2025

Starting in early August, the routing zone used in your tenant will be displayed in the tenant overview in the cloud center in addition to the existing tenant information. This allows you to see at a glance whether requests to the apps in your tenant are routed via Amazon Web Services (AWS) or the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC).

It also shows whether the tenant in question is a standard tenant or a regulated cloud tenant:

  • Regulated cloud tenants have the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) routing zone.

  • Standard tenants have the Amazon Web Services (AWS) routing zone.

What does this mean for my tenant?

Nothing about how your tenant works will change; we're just showing the status quo in the tenant overview. After the release, each tenant will be assigned to either the ‘Amazon Web Services (AWS)’ routing zone or the ‘Open Telekom Cloud (OTC)’ routing zone.

How can I view my tenant's routing zone?

To access the tenant overview, you must either be authorized for the tenant's organisation or for subscribing apps in the tenant.

  1. Navigate to your d.velop cloud-Dashboard.

  2. Use the home screen widget d.velop cloud management (Organizations and apps) to enter the organisation overview.

  3. Select the organisation in which the tenant is located.

  4. Select the desired tenant from the tenant list.

  5. You will find the routing zone under the general information about your tenant. Depending on how your tenant is configured, one of the following routing zones is specified:

    • Tenants in which requests are routed via Amazon Web Services are assigned to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) routing zone.

    • Tenants in which requests are routed via the Open Telekom Cloud are assigned to the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) routing zone.
