Starting Wednesday, May 13, 2026, we will make the new single-field search available to all users of our OTC Multi-Tenant Cloud. It is the first step toward a modern search experience.
Hereās how the single-field search works:
- The search entry point is located next to your profile picture. Results start appearing after you enter just three characters.
- You can jump directly to a document or file, or view all results in the classic results list for a complete overview.
- You can also continue to use the familiar search operators from the classic search interface.
The single-field search thus offers a quick and easy way to get started with document management - in any interface.
Important: The existing search is being supplemented, but remains unchanged and is still available as an entry point.

ā What about multi-tenant customers on AWS?
We are currently putting the technical infrastructure in place so that customers using the AWS deployment model can also benefit from the new features in the near future.
As soon as the update is available for customers using AWS, we will notify you here on the service portal.
