Highlights

  • Bulk editing of properties
You can now edit or delete multiple documents and files at once, including properties such as responsibilities, status, or keywords. Changes are processed in the background so that users can continue working and ongoing jobs can be viewed at any time.
  • Insert comments directly in the document preview
You can now insert and edit comments and graphic markings in the preview of documents and files (results list and file list). You can now use the full range of comment tools directly in the preview.

  • Local editing is now available in the standard range of functions
Simple and fast editing of documents is part of our daily work. That is why we would like to make the local edit support function available to you in the standard version with immediate effect. To make it as easy as possible to edit various documents, we have developed the local editing function, which allows documents and files from the document management system to be opened in a local application. Changes are saved automatically.
You can now edit documents directly locally by opening them from the DMS in a familiar application. Changes are saved automatically, allowing you to continue working quickly and easily. The d.velop local edit app is now part of the standard feature set.
For more information, see the following service portal article: Local editing now included in the standard d.velop documents product
  • Navigation history with the back arrow
A long click on the back arrow now opens the history list. The list contains all pages that can be accessed via the back arrow in the application. This allows you to quickly and easily navigate back to a page instead of having to click the back arrow multiple times.
For more information, see the following service portal article: Efficient navigation – now also via the history
  • New design in d.velop process studio
d.velop process studio appears in a new, fresh, and tidier light. However, the familiar functions are still available as usual.
For more information, see the following service portal article: d.velop process studio with a new design
