Microsoft is discontinuing the Basic authentication option for Microsoft Exchange Online as of 10/01/2022.

What does this mean?

You must make adjustments if the following circumstances apply to your system environment:

  1. You use Basic authentication for d.3one in Microsoft Outlook or d.ecs content crawler.
  2. The mailboxes are opened via hybrid settings for Microsoft Exchange or Exchange Online.

Which version of d.3one in Microsoft Outlook is necessary for the adjustments?

To adjust the settings, you need version 1.2.0 of d.3one in Microsoft Outlook. You can install the version with d.velop software manager.
